Persyaratan

Position Summary:

The role reports directly to the President Director with responsibilities including:

  • Development of internal systems and improvement of processes;

  • Development of internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures;

  • High-level problem-solving on strategic matters relating to management of the company;

  • Overall responsibility for Assist in the recruitment of members of the Operational Leadership Group;

  • Assist the President Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the Firm and taking a proactive stance to identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities; and

  • Managing the administrative operations of the office.

  • Managing and supervising procurement

  • Overseeing company/office set-up from scratch

  • Handling immigration and government relations

Key Responsibilities and Accountable for:

  • Development of internal policies, procedures and processes;

  • High-level problem solving and strategic-level inputs on operational challenges;

  • Day-to-day management of the company’s operations; and

  • Managing the administrative operations of the office.

  • Managing Permits and licences such as company documents and immigration documents

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years working as an office manager for an organization of more than 20 employees;

  • An analytical mindset and pro-active approach to problem solving and a philosophy of tackling the difficult problems first;

  • Sound financial management capacity and experience;

  • Sound personnel management capacity and experience;

  • High Proficiency in English both written and spoken;

  • Experience with leveraging technology to maximise usage of time to achieve desired results;

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.

General Skills and Attributes:

  • Solid analytical and pro-active problem solving abilities are essential;

  • Team-player and personnel management;

  • Organisation and planning skills; good time management;

  • Excellent verbal communication skills;

  • Good business writing skills in English are required;

  • Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities;

  • Adaptability and collaboration;

  • Judgment and decision making; and

  • High stress tolerance.

  • The Candidate must look presentable in the interview

  • The candidate must speak and write english fluently, and must be capable of translation

  • The candidate must have experience hiring and terminating staff
