Persyaratan
  • Major in Secretarial or Public Relations or Business Administration or Finance (Accounting)
  • Fluency in English is a must. Mandarin is a plus
  • effective verbal, listening and writing skills (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin is a plus)
  • Able to draft correspondence (letters, minutes etc.)
  • time management skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and MS word)
  • Possess high standard of personal and professional integrity
  • be honest and trustworthy
  • be respectful
  • be flexible
  • demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Responsible, hard working, high sense of commitment, willing to learn and to take initiatives 
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Work experience between 2 years- 5 years in relevant field is mandatory.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Manage day to day activities for the Director, including but not limited to: 
    • Planning, organizing and scheduling Calendar (Meetings) and time management
    • Basic Accounting including managing expenses and claims, financial documentation and management 
    • Reporting, filing, storage and security of documents keeping the confidentiality intact
    • Ensure meetings, minutes of meetings are properly recorded and released within the time specified
    • Arranging business trip (domestic and international) 
    • Preparing correspondence documents as needed
    • Providing and managing the best alternatives and the most effective solution to all assignments e.g. when making travel and reservations as well when purchasing items.
    • Understanding problems, making practical decision and providing solutions while showcasing a cooperative spirit at all time
    • other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director
